On life as a child:

“I think life was always hard….as a child, everyone around you tries to make it better because kids are easy to cheer up. Just some candy or a game can make ‘em smile. I woke up every morning to go to school and kept thinking, if I work, I get money. Now that I grew up, I can’t just want stuff. I gotta plan for it. I gotta earn it. I guess there are a lot of moments where I want to be a child again, and others that I think this is better.”
